Lorraine is the Senior Clinical Nutritionist at ION’s not-for-profit clinic, Brain Bio Centre in Richmond. Lorraine is also a member of BANT and the CNHC and is the author of an excellent book Food for Thought. Lorraine gives us her insights from over 20 years of experience helping people regain their mental health through nutrition.
