I agree. Be self aware. I have been DX with MCI two years ago and I have reversed it with exercise and a plant based diet. I have taken Patrick’s cognitive test and I am mostly in the green. I don’t eat fish due to pollution and concern about animals. I do take supplements for EPA and DHA. Thanks for this testimony and great information
